Our Coaching

One To One Personal Coaching
We pride ourselves on offering some of the best personal coaching sessions available in a warm and friendly environment that will make your training fun and motivational.
Our face to face personal training service is conducted on a one to one basis with a client focused approach in mind. We will work with you, no matter what your fitness goal maybe.
Our sessions are conducted from a private studio setup, so there will never be anyone else training around you, it will only ever be you and the coach.
Small group sessions are also available if you would rather train with a friend and are open to up to four people training at the same time.

Online Personal Coaching
Our online personal coaching sessions are run with the same exact approach as a face to face session would be. We like to keep them fun and motivational all while you workout from the comfort of your own home.
These session are client centred so that we can work with you to your own personal goals. If you have equipment at home that is awesome we can incorporate that into your workouts if you want us to. If you don’t then there is no need to worry we can still work just as hard without any equipment.
Our online personal training sessions are hosted using Zoom and once you have booked a session you will receive your own personal zoom link via email or you can join the session directly from your account.

4D Combat
4D Combat is Bob Breen’s modern evolution of JKD and Kali, 4D Combat makes them simpler to learn, simpler to apply and more functional.
The 4D Combat approach concentrates on the the reality of fighting. Most fights start and end standing up, so the 4D Combat study group sessions concentrate on the fundamentals of 4D allowing the members of the group to work on the basic principles in this evolution covering the four dimensions of stand up combat:
We run our sessions face to face on a one to one basis or online via Zoom that is integrated with our booking system.
If you are booking an online Self Defence session you will receive a conformation email with a link to join your session or you can always join your session directly from your account.

Online Classes
Not only do we offer face to face personal training sessions, online coaching sessions but we are also very proud to offer live online classes that you can take from the comfort of your own home.
Our classes are still run with the same ethos of a private training session, keeping them warm, inviting, friendly and most of all fun. Maybe its that you are looking for something extra to compliment your one to one workouts with us or you are just interested in only taking the classes, no matter what your reason, why not try one of our online zoom classes and see what you think.
